This tool comprises a sleeper detector, which counts the sleepers and measures the distances between them; claws, which grip and lift the rail; and legs, responsible for securing and lifting the assembly. It also features a table that supports the squaring, positioning and alignment elements, and gull-wings to align the sleepers. Finally, it has tamping tools that position and square the sleepers. The machine is fully autonomous and offers significant operational advantages, as it can be battery-powered.
