HŽ Infrastruktura has awarded Comsa the renovation, extension and electrification of the Hrvatski Leskovac–Karlovac railway line in central Croatia.

The project covers a total of 44 kilometres of track and includes the construction of a second railway line, new bridges and viaducts, the modernisation of stations and halts, and the installation of state-of-the-art electrical and signalling systems, as reported by the company. The works, which are due to begin in summer 2026, have been awarded to Comsa by Croatian railway infrastructure manager HŽ Infrastruktura and form part of the Croatia-Zagreb-Rijeka Axis corridor.
