The Hafeet Rail will be the first cross-border rail network between the United Arab Emirates and Oman. Typsa is developing the detailed design for two logistics facilities.

The Hafeet Rail project is an initiative promoted by the transnational company of the same name, with Etihad Rail (UAE) and Oman Rail participating in its establishment. It is the first cross-border rail line between the United Arab Emirates and Oman. The construction consortium comprising the Indian firm Larsen & Tubro and China Power Construction has commissioned Typsa to develop the detailed design for two logistics facilities: the container terminal at the Port of Sohar and the loading and unloading terminal in Al Buraimi.
