Aldesa to build several auxiliary facilities for Querétaro–Irapuato railway corridor in Mexico



The Agency for Trains and Integrated Public Transport (ATTRAPI) has awarded the contract for the design and construction of four auxiliary buildings along the Querétaro–Irapuato railway corridor to an international consortium in which Aldesa participates, alongside several companies in the sector.

This is one of the actions planned to ensure the operation and maintenance of the service. The total contract value amounts to 3.279 billion Mexican pesos (160 million euros), and work began in March. The project includes the design and construction of four auxiliary facilities intended for refuelling areas, workshops, train depots, and a maintenance base.
