Indra signs contract to manage and upgrade ticketing and access control for public transport network in London



Indra Group has signed with the public body responsible for managing London’s transport services the agreements that mark the launch of the company’s largest contract in the Mobility business. The contract is worth £587 million (€678 million) and could increase to more than £987 million (€1.139 billion).

Under this contract, Indra will be responsible for operating the ticketing and access control system for the entire public transport network in London and its metropolitan area, as well as for its maintenance and upgrading until 2034. The contract provides for potential extensions and options until 2039.
