Adif and the Chinese railway company, China Rail, have signed a collaboration protocol in Beijing for the exchange of knowledge and experience in areas such as planning, maintenance, management and technological development, and safety.

This agreement, which represents the renewal of the protocol signed in 2018, will enable closer bilateral collaboration through training activities, study trips and technical consultancy. In this framework of cooperation, in recent years there have been numerous visits to Spain by China Rail focusing on key issues such as efficient station management, the reduction of infrastructure maintenance costs or the development of technologies for changing track gauge.
