Almost 1.79 billion Euros were tendered in the Atlantic Corridor in 2025

The Spanish Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility is redoubling its commitment to the development of the Atlantic Corridor, which continues to increase its investments year by year. This can be seen from the number of tenders reached so far in 2025, with a total of 1,789 million Euros compared to the 1,406 million Euros tendered throughout 2024.

This figure already represents an increase compared to the previous six years, during which a total of 1,153 million Euros was invested on average. This rate of investment will be maintained in 2026, when it is expected to exceed 2 billion Euros in tenders.

Between now and 2030, the Ministry will mobilise a total of 14 billion Euros in the Atlantic axis, thus fulfilling the commitments made with the European Commission for the development of the Trans-European Transport Network and its nine priority corridors.
