Renfe has already put tickets on sale so that young people between 18 and 30 years old, both inclusive, can travel this summer from 1 July to 30 September 2025, with 50% discounts on high-speed trains (AVE and Avlo) and long-distance services. The maximum discount is €30 per ticket.

(23/06/2025) Discounts will also be up to 50% on Avant single tickets and 90% for the rest of medium-distance services and metric gauge network. The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility has set up a form on the Verano Joven (Summer for Young People) website so that young people from Spain or any other European Union country who are legally resident in Spain, born between 1995 and 2007, can register to confirm they meet the requirements and, if applicable, obtain the personal and non-transferable code they must use to acquire the Interrail Pass and discounted tickets.
