The project includes the installation of the equipment in four stations of the line as well as the command and control post in Zeralda. The company will also provide and install the weatherproof terminals along the wayside of the railway.
The construction and equipment of the line is part of a turnkey contract awarded to the consortium formed by the Turkish company Yapı Merkezi (87%) and the local company Infrarail (13%). This contract includes electrification, signalling, telecommunications and commissioning. The telecommunications have been entrusted to Alcatel-Lucent, which in turn has hired GR Technologies for the selective telephony.
