GMV completes takeover of North-American company Syncromatics

(13/03/2018)
This agreement completes the investment initiated by GMV in 2015 and allows the company to acquire a technology range that is adapted to the North American market and complements GMV’s, something that is part of its growth strategy in the United States.

Since 2015, the alliance has enabled the creation of synergies of a commercial, technological and operational nature, which have boosted the company’s growth and have created added value for GMV.

As of now, Syncromatics is providing its solutions to over 130 operators and public transport authorities in 26 states of the country, and it will integrate into its USA solutions the new family of equipment for fleet-management systems and the built-in ticketing systems, on which GMV has been working for a year and a half.
