Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM) has awarded CAF and the consortium TMT, which consists of Trail Infraestructura and Temoinsa, a contract for the maintenance of 196 trains, 736 train cars including models 2000, 2100, 2070, 3000, 7000 and 7500.

The contracts awarded by Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM), which are divided into series, include preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the delivery of materials, supplies and equipment.
CAF will maintain series 7000, which is the one that has the largest number of trains –80 four-car train compositions – and 7500, which comprises 16 four-car train compositions. A total of 96 trains and 384 cars.
Trail Infraestructura and Temoinsa will be responsible for the maintenance of series 2100 (48 three-car trains), 2000 (30 four-car trains), 2070 (12 four-car trains) and 3000 (10 four-car trains). Overall, 100 trains and 352 cars.
